Whether it’s a small start-up biotech company looking to expand their reach, or an 80 year old corporation looking to reposition itself on the global market, I’m here to advance your creative and marketing. I show up each day with one question in mind: How can I tell your story to make you memorable?

My story of creative and marketing in biotech began in what one might consider a closet in a reconstructed dentist’s office. That was my entry into the lab and ignited my passion for science. While the science and products were there, the branding was remedial and the reach was minimal. We needed a splash, so went full in on a few major print runs in scientific journals. The ads worked, our name was out there, and the story was ready to evolve. After developing key products in the food and feed industry and next-generation sequencing industry, we were approached and soon acquired by PerkinElmer. Little did I know, my role in the next few chapters would be critical.

As soon as I went from Bioo Scientific to PerkinElmer, the next request for a story came in the form of the Applied Genomics business unit. While the company was undergoing restructuring, I was tasked with developing the entire brand for Applied Genomics. From print and digital, to websites and tradeshows, it needed to be one cohesive look for such a wide array of products and workflows. But this wasn’t just the Applied Genomics story, it eventually became the story for PerkinElmer to reach it’s potential as a life sciences and diagnostic company.

As COVID-19 began to spread in Asia and Europe, PerkinElmer became a key player in testing kits. While we had a very accurate and responsive kit, we had to figure out how to get the most potential out of it. Immediate marketing on the Applied Genomics microsite was developed, all types of collateral were designed and distributed, and grants were applied for and won. The final chapters for PerkinElmer as an 80 year old company: their best growth in its history over a two year period and now a key player in the life science and diagnostic industry.

Where PerkinElmer’s story ends for me, Revvity’s begins. With the overall success in the diagnostic industry, the decision was made to divest the PerkinElmer name and brand and begin Revvity. While my story was short at Revvity, I was a critical part of the repositioning and rebranding. Working with both internal and external groups, as well as agencies, we were successful in giving Revvity the ability to start their new story in the industry.

Whether it’s the beginning, middle, or end, I can take your story and make it memorable. I look forward to telling your story next.
